Stephanie's exceptional passion, talent, and drive have earned her scholarships at world-renowned dance schools across North America. She has received training from masters at esteemed institutions such as The National Ballet of Canada, Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and the Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, on scholarship. In addition, Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and a Diploma in Sports Science. As a certified personal trainer, former kinesiologist, dance and yoga specialist, she is a multi-faceted movement coach.

Stephanie is currently the Artistic Director of PŪR Movement, the premier and award-winning active lifestyle studio specializing in dance, fitness, energy therapy, and Power Plate® Training. Her popular certified dance/fitness programs, such as SexyStilettos Dance, have garnered much recognition.

Stephanie is a legacy lululemon ambassador and was part of the inaugural Vancouver Advisory Council for IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, Action). Her international experience in the dance and performance arts industry spans over 20 years, and she is currently working as an award-winning choreographer, instructor, performer, and competitive judge. Stephanie's extensive body of work includes television, film, and live performance, having worked on shows such as Grease - Rise of the Pink Ladies, Riverdale, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, and The Christmas Chronicles 2.

Stephanie's expertise in dance, movement, and kinesiology has made her a sought-after movement coach. She is part of an integral team supporting Olympic athletes in BC, Skate Canada figure skaters, Ice Dance pairs, and high-performance synchronized swimmers. Stephanie coaches her clients on mastering their technique, performance, flexibility, strength, and artistry. Her exceptional work has attracted media attention from various publications, including The Globe & Mail, Miss World Canada, and FMA Weekly, among others.
