We offer a variety of dance & fitness classes for all levels. *New Kids PŪR Academy & Mommy et Moi® Programs*


SexyStilettos Dance®

A refreshing new take on a dance program to bring out the flirtatiousness in you. Created by award winning dancer and choreographer Stephanie Sy, learn stylish moves inspired by the latest music videos by certified SSD instructors. It’s a total body workout, combining all elements of dance and fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of sexy each class. Slip on those shoes for a sassy, sexy, and seriously fun workout.


PŪR Barre 

Our exclusive barre program is designed based on our PŪR methods offering a fusion of Classical Ballet Technique and Fitness we are able to tone and tighten your body. It features a total body workout, combining all elements of Classical Ballet and fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. *Sticky Socks are required


PŪR Barre Tone 

Our exclusive barre program with added weights! Derived from a fusion of Classical Ballet technique and fitness, PŪR Barre Tone will challenge your body to stretch, strengthen and tone every inch of your body. Beginning on the Ballet Barre, class participants are put through a rigorous barre and fitness fusion program including toning and defining exercises with 2 lbs. weights. The remaining 30 minutes of class focuses on exercises off the barre. With an emphasis on cardio and  core strengthening, PŪR Barre Tone will challenge your body to stretch, strengthen, and tone every inch of your body.*Sticky Socks are required.  Pre-requisite *All participants must take PŪR Barre prior to PŪR Barre Tone, and feel confident in the class content. *For your safety please ensure you meet the requirements for this class before making a reservation.


Classical Ballet

True to it’s natural authentic form of movement. This Classical Ballet class will teach you all the fundamental techniques of Ballet positions, movement, and artistry while rigorously demanding precision in posture and muscular engagement. *Ballet Slippers or Sticky Socks are required. Pro-tip: Classical Ballet is naturally more structurally demanding. For your safety please consider this pro-tip especially if you are new to dance & fitness.


PŪR Groove

Perfect for everyone looking to move and groove to Top 40 and Hip Hop! The challenge of a 60 minute non-stop cardio Hip Hop class, where you’ll learn to stretch, move, and groove. No choreography component. Grooving offers a total body workout, flexibility and stretching, Hip Hop dance technique and awesome music!


PŪR HIIT x FLOW

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for increased muscular strength and to boost metabolism, combined with Flow Yoga for deep stretch and relaxation.


PŪR Shred

Challenge your body to multidirectional movement and science based functional training techniques.


PIYO®

A blend of Pilates, Yoga, and functional movement. The class will tone and strengthen your body, promote mindfulness, and provide a great technical base for your workouts. *It is recommended that participants have experience in yoga to ensure they feel confident with the class content.


PŪR TRX

Is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.


PŪR TRX II

‘Make your body a machine’ and maximize your workout! This turbo class combines TRX suspension training and functional movement exercises together for a high intensity class.  TRX suspension training uses body weight and the laws of physics to give you functional exercises that help you develop lean and powerful muscles.  Pre-requisite:  This class is a level 2, and a minimum of 3 standard TRX classes must be taken prior to PŪR TRX II. *For your safety please ensure you meet the requirements for this class before making a reservation.

Zumba Fitness®

When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.


Zumba Fitness Toning®

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.  Pre-requisite: Participants must take Zumba Fitness prior to Zumba Fitness Toning. *For your safety please ensure you meet the requirements for this class before making a reservation.

PŪR YOGA (specialty class)

Occasionally we welcome guest instructors to the studio for Power Yoga and Restorative Yin Yoga.
Harmonize and restore your body, mind, and soul with focus on quality transitions, between posture and awareness of breath and mind. These classes are perfect for those needing to stretch, relax, rejuvenate and find inner peace.

CARDIO REGGAETON (specialty class)

A high intensity cardio dance class influenced by the specific dance rhythms of Reggaeton and Reggae Fusion. Reggaeton is an urban dance form which has its roots in Latin and Caribbean Music. Reggae Fusion is a mixture of dance hall and reggae music. Have a blast dancing to a mixture of Latin and Caribbean beats!

Mommy et Moi® Workshop Series

Workshop Series – Mommy et Moi® – Barre classes; specifically designed for you and your new bundle of joy. Tighten and tone your body with a fusion of Classical Ballet Technique and Fitness with your baby safely secured in your body carrier/wrap, and on the floor for our total body mat workout! Get back to feeling like your fabulous self while spending time with your new baby! Music will be gentle, calming, and baby appropriate.


PŪR Academy – Kids Programs

Start your child on a path of healthy habits! Our PŪR Academy Programs are designed to enrich, nurture, and develop their skills.  Dance is a unique activity that spans both disciplines of physical education and performing arts.  We help develop self-expression, creativity, and self-discipline. Our program will increase full body coordination, musicality, and rhythm.  Join The PŪR ACADEMY today! Available for Pre-school and Pre-primary ages.
