Shoes – We ask that outdoor shoes are taken off at the entrance. To maintain our studio floors, sticky socks and indoor runners are required.
Electronics – Please leave all electronics including cell phones in your lockers.
Etiquette – We love our people. Please be respectful and encouraging to everyone. Arrive 5-15 minutes in advance of class and for full benefits and your safety, please stay for the full class.
Attire – Come prepared to sweat! Please wear clean active wear to class.
We encourage online reservations to guarantee your place in class. The system will allow up to 15 days advanced booking. Classes start and end on time, and absolutely no late entries or early departures (unless there is an emergency during class). There is a required 4 person minimum to run a class. Any classes with less than 4 participants reserved will be canceled 1 hour prior to class time. Clients reserved will be notified by phone/email to save you the travel time.
Clients who have made a reservation must arrive 5 minutes prior to class or their reservation is released to any walk-in clients. If you are running late, please notify us by phone and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our TRX® classes, will be open to all clients who hold a membership, 10 Class Pass, or Drop-In.
*Clients with deal vouchers can take the class for an additional $5 + GST.
Appointments can be cancelled without penalty 24 hours before start time.
We encourage online sign-up to guarantee your place in class. If you are unable to reserve for any reason, give us a call the day of the class to see if there are spaces available.
Cancel up to 6 hours prior to class time online through your Mindbody Connect app., or through our site. Missed/Late Cancel/No Shows without the appropriate notice will be charged a fee of $20 + tax . We do not deduct classes off of current passes for Missed/Late Cancel/No Shows. Our Late Cancel fee will be charged under all circumstances.
If a class has reached capacity you will automatically be placed in order on our wait list system. An automated email will be sent to you if you have made it from the wait list to the class list. If it is within 6 hours of class time, one of our team members will personally call you to confirm your spot. Each class at PUR has a designated number of spots to ensure that we do not go over capacity. Reservations are highly encouraged.
Membership Key tags are free of charge. Replacement fees are $10 without exception.
Contract memberships can be placed on hold for 1 month free of charge, and all following months at $10/month.
Cancellation available at any time. Notice by the 20th (of the month) is required via online cancellation form submission (in order to stop auto-pay scheduled for the 1st on the month). If you choose to cancel, you can do so for a $50. Payments will be charged to a credit card on an automatic monthly basis in perpetuity, until notice is provided via cancellation form. Cancellations cannot be backdated. Not eligible for refund, non-transferable. All contract memberships auto-renew.
Declined cards result in a Non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee of $25/month or $2/day (the lesser of the two options will be charged accordingly) instated by the payment processing company. *example: Unlimited membership fee $135 + $2 (1 day NSF fee). If you require 13+ days to pay your late bill, you will be charged the NSF fee of $25.
10 class pass and personal training passes are good for 6 months. We understand that life happens and you may need an emergency extension. You may do so by requesting an extension below for a one-time fee of $50 , and your 10 class pass or personal training pass will be given an additional 3 months.
